Acadian Maple Products is a wild crafted gourmet food producer and distributor.  Our specialty is pure Nova Scotia maple syrup but we also offer a whole line of other products including, sugar, candy, wild blueberry, cranberry and honey, to name a few.  We are a family owned and operated business that has been offering Nova Scotia and the rest of the world quality wild crafted gourmet foods for over 20 years.

     Started as a hobby, Acadian Maple has grown to become a flourishing business.  Our head office and distribution center is located in the St. Margaret's Bay area of Halifax, Nova Scotia.  Our packaging and processing facility is located in the Wentworth Valley, Nova Scotia.

     In the beginning, we started off making all of our own maple syrup, but we soon outstripped our production capacity.  We now buy in bulk, pure Nova Scotia maple syrup from producers all across Nova Scotia.  We believe very strongly in supporting our own local economy, so we have a mandate of buying local first.  We work very closely with the maple producers we purchase from. 

     Be it our pure maple syrup, our BBQ sauce or our candy and sugar;  All of our maple products constitute hard work and dedication from maple producers all across Nova Scotia.  As an active member of the Maple Producers Association of Nova Scotia, we work very hard to help the maple industry in Nova Scotia grow and flourish.

     Our product offering has grown over the years to meet virtually any food service, food processing, giftware andgrocery demand.  We can custom pack any product we offer into any size or shape.  Please contact us if you require more information on a  specific product or have any questions. 

     Our Federally registered, and inspected packaging facility in Wentworth is a modern, efficient facility that gives us the ability to meet any demand, with superior quality.  We can offer custom packing and processing services to many food sectors besides maple.  This facility exceeds the industry standard for quality and food safety.
With a strong commitment to quality and safety, we are currently developing a HACCP plan for our
processing facility to better service our customers needs.
