Atlantic Craft Trade Show, Halifax, Nova Scotia

     We will never forget where our roots are.  Acadian Maple started and has been able to grow and evolve with the gracious support from the Atlantic giftware and tourist industry.  As a result we have been supporting the Atlantic Craft Trade Show held every February in Halifax, NS.  Please stop by to our booth and say hi.  You can visit the official website for current dates and times.
     We developed a new booth this year.  These are a few pictures of the new concept.

2006
Alimentaria, Mexico City, Mexico

    Traveling to Mexico city, we attended the Alimentaria food show in a booth graciously donated to us by the Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture in conjunction with the Taste Of Nova Scotia.  Representatives from Zabelmex SA de CV were with us in the booth.  Please click here for more information on maple syrup and procuring Acadian Maple products In Mexico. 

     With samples of pure maple syrup, wild blueberry syrup, pure wild blueberry juice, maple crepes and cranberry maple sauce we had a very busy booth.

   The corporate chefs that were hired for the event were excellent.  they used maple in many recipes and went through over 30L in three days.  left is a picture of the Mexican chef using Acadian Maple Products pure maple syrup to prepare a maple glaze to be used on pork. 
 

Sobeys Produce Show, Halifax Nova Scotia

     Our booth at the Sobeys Produce show in February, 2006.  We invited corporate chef Rob MacIsaac from Crepe Innovations to help us out with some demos.
At the Sobeys show we had corporate chef Rob MacIsaac cook up some maple apple cinnamon and presented it on some delicious maple crepes.  The crepes were graciously provided by Crepe Innovations of Truro Nova Scotia.
