1. Can you refill my empty maple syrup jug or bottle for me? 2. Why are the bottles and jugs of maple syrup marked with different grades?

1. For health and safety reasons we are not permitted to refill consumer packaging.  Therefore, we cannot refill empty jugs and bottles.  The current licensing for packaging maple syrup retail containers does not allow the washing and refilling of containers.  We do refill and reuse large bulk containers.  For more information on our environmental policy please refer here.   2. In Canada Almost all agricultural products are graded for quality.  Pure Maple Syrup is no exception.  In Canda there are three grades of maple syrup: Canada No. 1, 2 and 3.  For much mor information on this and a complete explanation please refer here.
