Returns
In the unlikely event of a problem with your order please notify us
immediately and we will do everything within our power to resolve the
situation. We strive for 100% satisfaction with all of our customers and no
problem is too small. if you have a concern please contact us

Taxes
We are
required to charge 15% HST to any customer residing within the Province of
Nova Scotia. We are required to charge 7% GST to any person residing in
Canada outside of the Province of Nova Scotia. Any person residing
outside Canada is not charged Tax.
Shipping
We attempt to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt.
Ultimately,
order processing time is dependant on stock availability and other
conditions which are beyond our control.
All rates are based on weight and are Shipped from (FOB) Tantallon, Nova Scotia. Although, unlikely, all shipping charges do not include any customs, duty or special taxes that may be incurred on importation into a country. All shipping charges are subject to the appropriate fuel surcharge and tax, both included in the price. We pride ourselves on speedy, quality service. We ship internationally everyday with courier pick up at our facility on a daily basis. We do not ship on weekends and Canadian holidays listed below.
Orders placed after 12:00pm AST on Fridays are shipped the following Monday except if that Monday falls on a holiday. Acadian Maple Products is a Registered Food Facility with the United States Food & Drug Administration (FDA). Acadian Maple Products has the authority to ship food and food related products to the USA. All orders destined for the United States are subject to random searches and inspections by the US Food and Drug Administration and Customs and Border Protection. Although we ship to the US regularly and do everything in our power to ensure all shipments are compliant we are not responsible or liable for any shipment that is delayed due to random searches and detainments by any government agency at the border. Privacy Privacy is very important to us. We do not, and will not release any or all information collected from our customers to any third party. We gather only the information which is necessary to fulfill your order. This information is not used for any other purpose but to fulfill your order. All personal information gathered for the purposes of our business is stored in a very secure manner with limited access to only a select few employees who need the information for order fulfillment purposes.
