ship internationally everyday with courier pick up at our facility on a daily
basis. We do not ship on weekends and Canadian holidays listed below.

Although,
order turnaround time is ultimately dependant on stock availability and other
factors beyond our control. We attempt to
ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Orders placed after 12:00pm AST
on Fridays are shipped
the following Monday except if that Monday falls on a holiday.
Acadian Maple
Products is a Registered Food Facility with the United States Food & Drug
Administration (FDA). Acadian Maple Products has the authority to ship
food and food related products to the USA. All orders destined for the
United States are subject to random searches and inspections by the US Food
and Drug Administration and Customs and Border Protection. Although we
ship to the US regularly and do everything in our power to ensure all
shipments are compliant we are not responsible or liable for any shipment that
is delayed due to random searches and detainments by any government agency at
the border.
