Acadian Maple cranberry maple sauce is a delicious blend of locally harvested Nova Scotia cranberries and Nova Scotia pure maple syrup. Harvested in the late fall, the local cranberries are cooked and maple syrup is added. The result is a unique flavour of the sweet natural maple and tangy cranberry.
