Suggested Retail Pricing
We recommend a retail margin of 30-40% on our products. Product rotation is also very important. Oldest product should always be sold first.
Credits/Returns/Refunds/Exchange
Any quality issues with our products need to be reported within 10 days of receipt of order. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on coffee, peanuts, brittle and pure maple candy. We guarantee quality products. For quality or other concerns please call customer service at 1-888-276-2753. Any credit/returns/refunds and exchanges may be issued at the sole discretion of Acadian Maple Products Limited. All credits, returns, refunds and exchanges need to be pre-approved.
